Hey!
Welcome to another edition of the Stun and Awe Newsletter.
This week, we cover:
We don’t talk enough about how a smart digital channel strategy can drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction.
I have probably wasted months of my life on either the wrong marketing channel or doing a poor job using one of them. And I still cry sometimes alone in my bed, thinking about it ;)
In our latest blog post, we cover how picking the right channels and using them properly can help you find new customers, increase sales, and build your brand.
We cover:
We are getting ready to launch our new Podcast season. And we got some exciting guests in the pipeline, including smart folks working at the likes of Hubspot, Hootsuite, experts on web3 and content marketing, and more.
Check out some of the latest episodes to warm you up!
DALL·E 2 is a new AI system that can create realistic images and art from a text description. You can write "3D render of a rabbit jumping on a boat, digital art" and you will get four options.
It takes a bit of practice to get what you want, but it's a fantastic tool to quickly get quality and original images for blog posts like the one we used for our digital channel strategy post, social media banners, like mine on Twitter, etc. It's a pretty nifty tool.
We will no longer all be using the same images from unsplash 😂!
I used this one below for our Growth Marketing course, which we recently published on Udemy. DALL·E 2 and Canva (with my guidance) generated that in about 10 minutes. Pretty cool!
Our last blog posts on digital channel strategy was written, to a certain extent by Copy.Ai. We used their fantastic Blog Post Wizard to quickly produce a first draft, which can take a while without AI help.
Some purists may start protesting and throw stuff at us 🍅, but we won't lose sleep over their outcry.
If everybody only uses what the AI spits out, we will soon live in a boring and unoriginal world. But if you refine the output and add your insights, it's a game changer.
The output is still us. The quality and insights are all us. Copy.ai helps you eliminate writer's block and accelerate your content creation.
Just like DALL·E 2, you need to learn how to manage it, but it's definitely worth the investment.
I also decided to test postwise on Twitter. It turns out to be a pretty powerful AI tool. It generates high-quality content optmized for Twitter.
I found it a bit pricy, but if you're a Twitter poweruse, then, it's an amazing tool to support and speed up your content creation. I got postwise's help to write the thread below. Check it out.
We've been working on our new website over the Holidays. We wanted something with a nicer design and better user experience.
We also decided to drop Wordpress once and for all, and move to Webflow. It took us a while to get used to it, but we're glad we made the move. No more website down because a small plugin got updated.
If you need help with your growth infrasctructure, data visualization (think Google Data Studio), or digital ads, just reach out! We can help!
Have a great week!
