About the Job

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible on building our pipeline for Growth Leap (Stun and Awe learning platform), our Services Business (Stun and Awe) and to scale up our business worldwide. You will directly work with our CEO and co-founder Michel Gagnon, who is leading the B2B sales team.

Your Responsibilities

You will be in charged on reaching out potential clients and framework clients’ short term and long term training needs, and ensure we deliver top class programs.

  • 90% Sales rep:  Processing incoming leads, generating new leads, identifying new sales opportunities and reaching out prospects.
  • Proactively manage our clients needs. Upsell, Introductions, Cross-sell, etc.
  • Analysing customer needs, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Researching and understanding web3, clean-tech, greentech, ed-tech, impact investment markets and customers
  • Managing relationships with existing customers and partners and tailor our offering to them
  • Serving as the face of the company to partners and customers
  • Working together with the Business Strategy team to align communication and business development

Your Qualifications

  • First things first: Enthusiasm and intererest in startups/scaleups/impact investment companies that are focusing on greentech, cleantech, edtech, Web3, AI or new technology business that are creating value and will play a role in tomorrow’s world.
  • Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in sales, presales for services and or product
  • Strong negotiations skills and experience in closing six-figure sales
  • A deep network in the startup/scaleups, greentech, Web3, Edtech, Investment, training markets is a plus
  • Experience in building partner networks or distribution channels is a plus
  • Experience working with a CRM tool is a plus
  • To enjoy seizing opportunities, experimenting, and innovating in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude, a hunger to get things done, and a desire to voice your ideas and opinions
  • Excellent communication skills in German, English are a must, French and Spanish is a plus
  • Fully understanding of our programs
