Terms and Conditions

1.- PRICES
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur depending on your region or country. These charges are at your own expense.

2.- PAYMENT
We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, it’s period of validity and the CVC code. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed. PayPal and Stripe allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.

3.- ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

HANDLING
When you complete your purchase, you will be notify by email that you order was received. We will inform you with the next steps.
Please note that we specify the completion of the order on the product description. In order to run a smooth service please provide us with the information requested within one business day. If for any reason it takes longer, we will mark the initial date at maximum to 2-3 days after the order is placed.

We will send all files and proof of work when the deliverable is completed. All files are shared via Google docs or by email.

REVIEWS
To ensure that you are satisfied with the service we can schedule a regular call in order to align expectations. Feedback is essential. We encourage you to communicate with us any concerns experienced during completion of the order.

NOTE:
Responding and posting a review: Once our work is delivered, you will have 2-3 days to respond. If no response is provided during this period, the order will be considered completed.

You can leave reviews on orders up to 5 working days after the order is delivered. No more reviews will be considered after the 5 working days.

4.- CANCEL OR CUSTOM ORDER

We process our orders super fast, but if for any reason you need to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out to Customer Care right away and be sure to include your order number in your request.

Please be advised that orders cannot be partially canceled (i.e. we can only cancel the entire order when it is justified).

You can cancel the order if:
– If we are late and don’t respond within at least 24 hours after your order is completed.

5,- WAITLISTS

If an item is out of stock it means that we will most likely offer this item again! Sign up with your email and let us know why it’s your preferred product. We will email you to let you know once it’s available.

6.- DISCOUNTS/ SALES

We give discounts and news on sales to our returning customers and new customers. Sign up to our newsletter. You will receive special offers.
